This Corvette was sold New at Kessler Chevrolet in Vale, Oregon to Kenny Kessler (The Owner)! A very small high/dry desert town, right on the Oregon Trail, located in Eastern Oregon just across the Border from Southwest Idaho and about an hour from Boise! Known as "The Treasure Valley"! The Kessler Family Auto Repair Business was started by Grandpa Kessler in 1918, Known as the "Kessler Garage", bought out by the the SON "Kenny Kessler" in 1937, became a Chevrolet Dealer in 1949! Kenny and Kessler Chevrolet itself, retired in 1982 after 64 years of Family Car Biz and 33 years as a Chevy Dealer! Only ONE Anniversary Corvette Pace Car was allotted per Dealer and only 6502 were built! This is one that Stayed with the DEALER'S Family all of these years! This car was NOT Driven! It was covered, started and protected by Kenny Himself! Kenny was known to visit the car at least once a week and said, "Someday I will Get 30K for this Car"! I took the car cover off myself in Kenny's Garage, interviewed his Daughter who's Home is Next Door, the Car started instantly, I personally hand washed it to remove dust and it moved flawlessly around the yard allowing me to capture it for you! The only thing I noted was a small scuff in the silver paint just behind the RR Wheel (very small and is noted in the sub-page of pictures). That's It! Everything is soft and there are No Leaks or Other Flaws Noted! A good and patient detail/polish will be required, removing cobwebs etc! All of the documents and items in the pictures, are included with the sale and more! The Original (Customer Option to Install) Pace Car Decals were never placed on the doors of this car, simply because the owner did not want to alter it from it's delivery condition! The Decals and Commemorative Scale Model Car could not be located at time of this listing! Not New and Not Perfect, Incredibly preserved and about as good as it gets! WOW! NUFF SAID! REAL!!!!
