Powered by a peppy later Model 350 V-8 that's hooked up a fresh and highway friendly 700R4 automatic with overdrive! Ice Cold Factory Air Conditioning keeps you kool and komfy! Easy Power Steering and Power Brakes make it safe and fun to drive!
The body is about as solid as they get with great California dry climate history! Now residing in Dry Boise Idaho in the hands of the second owner who purchased it in California from the Original Lady Owner about 3 years ago! Sporting a 1 year young Marina Blue finish and resting on a nice set of RWL Radial rubber wrapped around some nice American Racing Torque Thrust II's! Oh well, you get the idea!
In Closing, No it's not an SS but it won't cost as much either! A good looking Driver that's affordable! Take care of some of the small details and you will have a Great Show-N-Shine Rig! Ready to Go!! Please look below for know items! BID or BUY NOW!! You can call Spudman (Jim) @ 1(877)243-9327 GOOD LUCK!!!!
Known Items: A Two Owner Chevelle Malibu with a great solid and honest body! 113,000 actual miles! The Non original engine is a healthy later model 350 with some Edelbrock Goodies! It is estimated that the engine was rebuilt 20,000 miles ago. The Tranz has been up-dated with a late model 700R4 automatic w/overdrive, less than 500 miles ago! The Air Conditioning was recently re-charged and blow's ICE Cold! Runs and Drives Great with no known problems. Cosmetically the engine compartment needs detailed and the air filter does not fit correctly, needs simple adapter.
Painted Marina Blue over the original Artesian Turquoise. The owner paid good $ to have her professionally refinished, the quality is average in nature with the door/body jambs being the poorest areas, they were changed to the current body color but lacks attention to detail with dull surfaces (I am being too picky). Overall straight with good exterior body prep noticed. Very shiny and looks great from a very short distance. If you look real close you will find minor flaws here and there, but nothing excessive. GREAT DRIVER QUALITY! The hood inside bottom center has common factory glue separation that doe's not effect it's outward appearance or use (see sub-page pix), put a hood pad on and you will never see it! The front marker lights and Side Emblems were shaved and the holes were correctly filled. NO Signs of any rust or rust repair!
The interior and headliner are in good presentable condition! It appears all original with the exception of the seating surfaces, which have been recovered.Could use a spit shine or detail. The Carpet has some expected fade due to age. The solid trunk needs a GOOD Detail along with a new Trunk Mat!
Basically done and very drivable but the owner does not have the time to finish all of the minor details! Most requiring only elbow grease, a rattle can and you can easily take it to the next level! "It Is What It Is"! If you read what I have had to say and look close at all of the pictures, you will see what I saw! Not New, Not Perfect but Drives Good, Looks Good and you save with a little needed cleaning/details! A Great Driver that's not a show car but if it was you would pay a bunch more! Take to your level, with the Hard and Spendy stuff already done! Great Bang fer the Buck!!! You decide?
