1967 Chevrolet 1/2 Ton Stepside (Radical Custom)

Ok Baby Boomers! I am sure you remember the craze daze of the early 60' to early 70's! Things you dreamed of back then you can afford now! Many have dreamed of the challenge and others have built em! This is one that Big Daddy Roth "Rat Fink" would surely have blessed! Extreme Chopped Top, Sliced, Diced, Decked, Shortened, Smoothed, Frenched, Louvered, Button Tucks, Big Mills and More! RADICAL CUSTOM! This dude will take you back to younger days! In 2002 this ride took Runner Up at the Seattle Roadster Show for "Custom Radical Pick-Up"! This truck is extreme! Wanna Be Young Again? Read on for the rest of the story you "OLD FRIGGIN HIPPIE!"

The body on this baby is so slick that it will amaze even the best body man! Ton's of hours must have went into this Bright Yellow creation and it look's like it was done yesterday! Besides the obvious, the Top has been Chopped 4 inches and the Bed has been shortened a whopping 6 inches! Wow! Hand formed steel front and rear bumper/roll pans! Custom tube grill with inset marker lights! Kool Louvered lift out removable rear tailgate! If you can identify the tail-light's you win the booby prize! My entry is Corvair! 

Now for the POWER! Under the hood resides a Big Block Chevy 454 that will cause tire smoke at will! Smooth Monster Radical Power to match the look! Just upon opening the hood you get the feel of the deal with the Vintage Air Intake with 3 Blood Shot Eyed Smiley Faces staring at ya! Anyway! Painted to Match, this Rectangular Ported High Output BBC pumps out plenty! A polished aluminum Performance Intake takes on juice from a 750 Holley Street Avenger Carb! Let's open the Flappers for a little more air! A Mr. Gasket shifter controls the stiff shifting Turbo Hydro 400 Auto and for peppy drivin, 373 Rear Gears, work just fine! Mash the Gas and Be on the look out for Black-N-White's! You get the Idea! Crisp and Strong! Yep! Power Steering and Front Disc brakes! Have No Fear, it's a neat package that's handles both STOP-N-GO! 

Slide yer buns on a custom black button tuck bench seat and look to the stars with a split sun-roof!  A Pioneer AM/FM CD keeps you Grovin while you are Movin! A Tilt Column to adjust for yer late model gut! The rest is pretty simple, A Key, Two Toggle Switches, Two Vital Gauges, A Pillar Mounted Tachometer, A Few Knobs and You to Crank her up! Shut-up, you know you don't want to be like the rest, you rebel!

Known Items: The body/paint is extremely professional and very creative! STRAIGHT LINES and SMOOTH CORNERS! Showing Little to No Age with NO noted age flaws (cracks) in the custom work! The age of the build is unknown but one would assume very few miles!  I care not to speculate and have no history! AWESOME WORK! The interior is in great shape with the exception of the "Velvet Cloth" (Go Figure) Headliner shows some minor sag. This is a turn key ride with a Strong Heart Beat! Safety Checked, Serviced and Ready To Go! Not Perfect and Not New but Very Dang Nice! T@@@ K@@@L!
