1963 Porsche 356B T-6 S-90 Coupe

Serial #124115 a "Reuter" built coupe that is one of only 2,203 356B T-6 coupes built by them in 1963! This Lady has been petted and cared for by the same Arizona Family for 27 years! Rock solid Arizona History! A "Cute as a Bug Ear" Coupe that brings smiles to all who see her! Personality Plus!! Purchased by the current owner's Husband in the late 70's from another Arizona owner with vintage registrations to back it up! Shortly thereafter she was completely stripped and refinished from Jamb to Jamb in it's current Sporty Yellow by a well known Porsche Shop in Phoenix! Yes, the paint you see is over 25 years young, which should give you a good idea of how much this lady has been cherished and enjoyed over the years! A true "Garage Queen"!! The body is rock solid and the floor pans are the original! Most, if not all, of her Chrome is completely original! Now hop inside to the whistle clean and dry interior! From the Headliner to the Spectacular Dash, Fold Down Seats, Factory Seating and Carpet, She is in wonderful inviting condition!!

She starts runs and drives perfectly! A recent run to the shop to check her out and install a new battery makes her ready for you! Driven very little over recent years due to Family health issues. I contacted the Porsche Shop, who has also known this Jewel for over 25 years, his files pulled up the service prior to the recent one, which was in 1997. At that time, the brakes were completely rebuilt (New Master Cylinder, Wheel Cylinders, etc..), New Muffler, New Shift Bushings and Carburetors overhauled. It was noted that the odometer was inoperative at the time but is known to have little to no miles other than to operate from point A to B! The engine is not the original based on the #P606644, which places it as a 1961 Block that was replaced sometime in its life, possibly on a rebuild! The Dual Carbs appear to have been updated to Webbers with serviceable Air Filter housings!

Known Items: A rock solid body with original driver quality floor pans and no signs of previous accidents! The professional non-original Yellow finish is 25 plus years young, garage kept and in very respectable, above average condition! All glass is good and windows operate as designed. The chrome is good with minor expected age issues, pitting, etc, (see sub-page). *S-90* Based on my inspection and research, items such as trim, options, wheels, hub cap style and statements from the owner, I believe this is a TRUE S-90 Coupe! The real "sure fire" tell tale would be the original engine, which is Not in place and the rest is up to you! The person who knew the most about this car was the Husband who sadly passed away from "Lou Gehrig's Disease" 3 years ago and NO other information is available! Not Perfect and Not New (none are) but this is one fine specimen that can be enjoyed for many future generations and a very sweet car!
