1961 Oldsmobile Dymamic 88 Hardtop

Featured in the March 2000 edition of Rod and Custom! How do you spell Time Warp with superior craftsmanship and a dream? This 61 Olds says Mid 60's all over again and you could not spell it much better!! In 1997 this Olds Hardtop underwent a transformation that would take you back to cruising Bellflower Blvd or catch you dreaming of the Big Indoor Car Shows put on by the Long Beach Renegades and Tridents Car Club in the Mid 60's! The vision of the builder was to take you back in time and create an authentic Larry Watson style paint scheme and Eddie Martinez style interior! He shaved most of her chrome trim. Then she was treated to a lick-able House of Color Pearl Butterscotch with a fade-away to Candy Tangerine Scallops by Michael Doyle and Gary Baca. The hand painted pin-striping was handled by Dave Whittle. Victor Zuniga stitched a wonderful Tuck-n-Roll thru-out and finished it with a burn't orange carpet! The show quality chromed bumpers were reset closer to the body for that smooth look! Missile Bullets add a nice touch to the headlights that are wrapped by a custom made tube grill! Olds Forever powered by the original Sky Rocket 394 cubed V8 that was rebuilt to stock specifications and painted to match! Every inch of this beauty is sanitary and detailed to the max from top to bottom! Just take a real good look at the under hood details and you will get the idea!
