Well, Well what do we have here?? One nice little Idaho Pick-Up Truck that is sure to please in many categories! A complete body off restoration, she started as a stock original "Idaho Specimen". Stripped and professionally treated to common body repairs prior to massaging, which include correct replacement of both R/L rocker panels, cab corners and inner steps. Both doors were fitted with a VW Scirocco Latch System creating an amazing final fit, the doors just click shut and are safe! There are many subtle body mods and all were massaged to perfection which include: Relocated RR Gas Fill Door, Stationary Tail Gate Smoothing, Bed Rail Corner Smoothing, Rear Roll Pan, Reverse Front Bumper, Shaved Trim, Smoothed Firewall, Relocate Battery and More! The body mods did not stop there and followed inside to the custom dash where another 56 dash pod was fitted to the passenger side, a custom center lower control panel was added and the dash was smoothed to perfection! With everything fitted on the restored chassis, she was treated to a nice Base/Coat Clear/Coat finish of Bright Yellow!

While the body was off the frame many safe handling and power mods took place! A Dodge Dakota front clip with Independent Suspension, Power Rack-N-Pinion Steering, Power Disc Brakes and a hi-way friendly Dakota Rear End were professionally fitted to the original 56 frame, VERY NICELY DONE (see sub-page photos)! A period correct 283 Chevy V8 that was completely bored/rebuilt with a mild RV cam, taking her to 292 cubic inches! As intended, "Simple, Clean & Functional", you won't find unneeded bling or performance here, fitted with a fuel sipping Rochester 2V Carb, factory Ram Horn exhaust manifolds, Dual Exhaust and High Flow Radiator! Under the hood is uncluttered and clean! Transferring the power is a firm shifting Turbo 350 Auto Tranz! She purrs like a kitten, sounds good and gets with it! SANO, Nuff Said!

Professionally installed items include: 3 Point Driver/Passenger Seat Belt System, Painless Wiring System, Vintage Heat, Tilt Steering Column w/ Shift Indicator,  In Dash mounted Kenwood AM/FM CD Player, Full Classic VDO Instrumentation, Custom Console w/ Drink Holders, Lumbar Adjustable Bucket Seats and More! The custom fitted carpet has hand stitched edges & step well paint protectors! The bucket seats and console are professionally wrapped in high quality cloth material with a Suede Look!
