A Los Angeles built 1954 Mercury Monterey that sports her original 256 cid V8 and a pleasing Merc-O-Matic automatic trans! Her 256 V8 was Mercury's first all new engine since 1939! It featured solid skirt aluminum alloy pistons, overhead valves, Holley 2 barrel carb and 161hp with 238 ft lbs of torque! I real introduction in it's day! The power-train on this Lady is Real! A No Excuses Original under the hood, right down to the Glass washer jar!

Her "Custom Trim" Body sports some great factory options that include Fender Skirts and Chrome Rocker Panels! Lusciously loaded with some amazing and well preserved stainless and chrome! Man, Merc dressed these babies up! Don't mind those factory Red and Cream Colors, do ya?! A real site to behold! I could go on but the pictures pretty much tell the story!

Known Items: 36,746 actual miles! The body on this "Northwest Wonder" is very solid with no signs of any excess rust ever, SOLID!!! Refinished once several years ago in it's original Red and Cream! Still looks pretty good, is very shiny and is of good driver quality! A minor garage type dent exists on the top of the RF fender (pictured sub-page). The exterior chrome/stainless are wonderfully straight original's with expected age and minor dullness in some chrome areas, overall very nice! The glass is great with the only exception being a small BB chip on the Pass front glass. The interior is captivating with all chrome and trim near perfect!! All seating surfaces, headliner and door panels are original! Near Perfect with the only exception being two spots on the drivers seat (pictured sub-page). The radio even works! Mechanically sound and truly a smooth ride! New/Rebuilt Exhaust, Tires, Brakes, Gas Tank, Carburetor, Tune-up and a Great Driver! Not New and Not Perfect but an amazing real survivor!
