1951 Mercury Two Door Sedan Custom

Under the hood resides a Chevy 454 Big Block hooked up to a smooth shifting Turbo 350 Automatic Trans! Stout enough to power thru the smoke! Sanitary to the max with a stock dressed type feel and appeal! No rapidity rap here, just a great Big Block Rumble Sound! I wish it had Flame Throwers, Now that was outta line! Back on track! Equipped with power steering, a BIG Fat Radiator, Dual cruise'n fans, Late model Front Suspension Clip, Ford 8" Differential and Dual Exhaust! The attention to detail, from the cleanliness of the wiring to the firewall, it is, just plain clean! Smooth Big Block Power neatly tucked in a KOOL 50's Kruiser!

Now on to the body! A beautiful combination of 50's Merc mods, done 60's style! "I felt like I just cracked open one of my "Rodding and Restyling" Mini Mags circa 1961!" Her nose has been frenched and the grill opening has been modified to accept a Desoto Grill with smoke turn lamps! The hood, trunk and doors have been shaved to perfection! Not completely de-chromed in order to retain her 50's vintage feel! The windshield trim has been removed and V-Butt flat safety glass was installed! Her A-- was treated to a Nice set of frenched Packard Tail Lamps! All 3 compartments are controlled by remotes with Kickers on the doors! A Ton of Time has been spent on this Slick Body and It Shows!! 

On the inside you are treated to a tightly sewn, Beautiful Gray custom interior with wonderful contrasting inserts! Feast your eyes on the shaved Dash finished in Body color with Digital Thermometer Style Gauges! All the switches are down low and in the center! Flip on the Flame Throwers, just kidding! Grab a hold of a “LECARRA” steering wheel with a tilt column that adjusts for the mid-life gut just fine! Now, let's go to the Drive-Inn and have a Frosty!

Known Items: A Great Vintage Style Merc that is not overdone (No Chop)! The body mods are perfect with ZERO common age flaws noted! Very Professional and Extremely Sanitary! A perfect above average Merc that you can drive to the Show-n-Shine or just about anywhere, without question! The Digital Dash has a K@@L look but they are temperamental and sometimes hard to read at a glance. The front E-end has been up-dated with a Camaro Style Front End with Power steering!
