To start with, her entire original presence was disassembled for the ultimate BODY OFF restoration. The frame was stripped and treated to an everlasting Powder Coat Finish! Suspension wise she was equipped with Four inch dropped spindles in the front along with 2 inch shorter Posi springs. In the rear, the springs were rebuilt and reverse eyed along with Four Inch Lowering Blocks! Sitting in the weeds but yet standing tall! The original power train was sent out for a fine overhaul! Dewitt Machine of Great Falls, Montana, with great attention to detail, Machined the original Flat-Head with .030 over Bore, .010 under cranshaft and then equipped her with all new, pistons rings and bearings. Just about everything visible that was steel or aluminum was chrome plated or polished! Yes even the inner fender aprons! Flat-Head EYE CANDY deluxe under the hood while retaining all factory components! VERY VERY NICE!! Meanwhile back at the Montana Ranch, the entire body was being Media Blasted in just about every nook and cranny. For the ultimate in Sound Protection and Rigidity, every surface that would not be painted was treated to a Tuff Coat of Rhino Lining! WOW! Yes, the top-n-bottom of the floor pans, the roof under the headliner and oh well you get the idea! Tight! Finally every body panel was finished separately to perfection before final assembly. Mating of the body and frame was finalized in May 2002! This baby is SOOPER SLICK and Reflection's found within the Deep Metallic Black Cherry Paint and Chrome are SIMPLY AWESOME! Inside the cavernous interior resides a tasteful combination of factory Chrome Trim/Dash and up-dated professionally sewn Gray Velour threads over factory seating! Yes, even the factory Clock and 4 Power windows! Along the same theme, if it could be Chrome plated or Polished, it was! NO stone was left un-turned! VERY INVITING & SPECTACULAR!
