1936 Lincoln Zephyr Four Door Street Rod

Whoa Dude! This 502 Big Block 36 Zephyr is not quite what it's original Dutch born designer John Tjaarda had in Mind! Or is it? We know his inspiration was drawn from the aerodynamic trains that were capturing the Nation's imagination! Have you ever heard of the record setting Burlington Zephyr that helped end the Steam Age? This Show Car is the extreme in Luxury, Elegance and Performance! Invited by Blackie's Staff to the "Fresno Autorama" this year (2004) and took home the Prestigious "Outstanding Elegance Award" with a HUGE Trophy! Maybe you had the opportunity to enjoy this car! It is very Fresh! 

The Original all Steel Uni-Body on this unit is so slick that images are attracted and mirrors could be obsolete! This super rare body was found in New Jersey in 2001, it's shocking transformation/restoration on it's stock Chassis was started in 2002 and was ready for the show's in the winter of 2003/2004! Always draws crowds and awards! An Eye-Candy Confection of House of Color Candies and Marbleized Finish! Complete with Platinum Leaf Pin-Striping that extends completely into the equally smooth door jambs! The attention to detail is spectacular!! Massaged to Perfection with EXTREME SMOOTHNESS!! 

By the time you hop inside, you are already in Awe! The custom interior is of equal quality and tops the scale as one of the best I have seen! A CUSTOM Leather-Billet-Anodized Aluminum Interior with supple Hides that were treated to spectacular stitched details from flowing paint brush lines extending along the door panels that are started with "HOT ROD LINCOLN" and Finished with the brush! The seat back centers are stitched with "Zephyr" and the seat entry bolsters also sport "HOT ROD LINCOLN"! The headliner is custom with a Anodized Aluminum center and scalloped trim! Creature comforts are not in short supply either! Sporting, Vintage Air Conditioning, Dakota Digital Dash, Power Windows w/remote, Flaming River SS Polished steering column, Anodized Aluminum/Leather Console with Air Ride Controls and a whopping 1500 Watt Alpine CD Sound System! I could go on but you get the Idea! Finally, rest yer hands on a "Intro-Mulholland" Billet/Leather Steering Wheel that matches the "Intro" Wheels! The interior just left me speechless! If you took a good look at the sub-page of pix, you know what I mean! 

Now for the Stance part! This one can go so low that it may press your shirt or skirt! I am talking really friggin low dude! An "AIM Air Ride System" that's console controlled can slam it to the extreme and easily raise it to clear the bumps they put in the road! Air Bags were a great invention! A Scott's Custom Front-End and Custom Built Ford 9" Rear Differential with Chrome Four Bar retains the Bags just right! Watch Jaws drop, when you pull-up and drop this Babe in the WEEDS! You will have to clean off the grass stains! I am not kidding!

Power me up! Or is it "Beam Me Up"! Hiding under the 100% custom made engine cover/filter hsg wrapped around Kool Dual K & N Filter's and Polished Billet Accessories, resides a FIVE-O-TWO (502) Big Block Chevy sporting FIVE-O-TWO (502) Horse-Power! I am talking, Tight-N-Right! Just what the doctor ordered! Hook that all up to a Turbo Hydro 400 Trans that drives the power to where the rubber meets the road! Talk'n about rubber, this Baby ride's on "Intro-Mulholland" Wheels with huge 18"s up front and 20"s in the Rear! The side walls on the radials are almost non-existent! WOW, talk about fill the wheel well with billet! STOP, What? The Power Disc Brakes will screech to a halt just fine with fantastic WILDWOOD 12" Stainless Rotors and Polished Calipers! SWEET! Enough Said!
