1936 Chrysler Airflow Sedan: Boy Oh Boy! How many of these baby's do you see? Airflow's are very rare and this one comes to you with Character Plus! This wonderful lady was specifically treated to complete body off restoration by it's owners for The Great American Race! The builders Sister always had a Dream to "Run the Great Race!" So Bro, a Pro Restorer, took on the task of fulfilling her dream! They got together selected the specimen, then he proceeded with the painstaking original style restoration! $52,000 was spent on the parts and materials alone! Labor was Love at No Cost! What a Dream Car and Road Trip! Well it was done and the Road trips began! 

This lady was equipped with all of the instruments needed to monitor her very road worthy Straight 8 Power-Train safely across the United States for TWO Great American Races in the early 90's! That's right, 4 treks, Coast to Coast, across some of America's most beautiful countryside in a 1936 Airflow as a Brother and Sister Team!! She did it and they had a Blast! It was also entered in a few of the California Races! Yes she had a Win or Two!

Known Items: A Professional and Very Complete BODY OFF Restoration was completed in 1991! The miles were not documented since the restoration, due to the Great Race Speedo placed on the column! The owner estimates 15 to 20 thousand miles since complete! Great attention to detail towards originality was adhered too with very few exceptions. One known exception is the interior is 1937 Style as they liked it better! Of course, Some minor use/wear exists as she has no doubt been enjoyed! A few minor and very small blisters exist at hood center due to  a minor carb fire on one of the runs that was doused instantly! You must look to find them and I posted a picture on the sub-page. The LR QTR Window Vertical Chrome trim has a few rust blisters, also pictured on sub-page. This baby is sweet! Not New and Not Perfect but I doubt you will find another with this kinda style and history!! It is very Real, Fun and Is What it Is! ! I offer No Guarantees, Only Opinions! Spudman
